The overall concept of the Capstone Project is to demonstrate an ability to incorporate the knowledge acquired during the program and give back to the community contributing with a final design solution. requiring to include floor plans, elevations, sections and details as part of the presentation drawings, with important focuses on the “Synthesis” phase of the Design Process in which the “Analysis” component of the Program Document as a reference aids them in the final design solution with presentation before a panel and the “client”.

The Urban Pet Centre is a health and wellness centre for animals who are left out in the cold, victims of abuse, or household pets looking to improve their health and wellness. Surrounded by pet-friendly neighbourhoods, it is a place for your pet to become the healthiest version of themselves for a better life going forward. By providing veterinary services, grooming services, and large shelter capacity, your animal can feel safe and sound behind these doors.
