ABOUT ME

My name is Mikayla Beamish, I am originally from Winnipeg, MB but moved half-way across the country at 17 to pursue my dream of studying Interior Design. Interior Design is something I’ve always been interested in, ever since I was young, I can remember watching HGTV with my mom and grandma.

 

The area of design I would like to pursue is in commercial interiors, as I thrive in team environments and love the level of innovation and creativity involved. I have had the opportunity to apply and expand my knowledge while working with two firms, Michaela Newcombe Designs and Kroma Interiors during my second year of studies.
